Downtime - For the Quest RPG
A downloadable game
Everyone needs some time between adventures to pursue personal goals, catch up with old friends, or just blow off some steam. These rules are intended to provide groups with a framework for handling the time between adventures and give players a mechanical incentive to pursue various leads and relationships they may have picked up over the course of their adventures. The Guide using these rules is encouraged to use as many or few of them as they please and in whatever way best fits their table, but it's recommended to give your players two or three downtime actions between each adventure to help them pursue personal goals and prepare for what is to come. You can be as hard or light with these rules as you want and many of them offer additional narrative and fictional opportunities in addition to providing mechanical benefits.
This is version 1.0 but it might undergo some changes, mostly grammar, spelling, or formatting.

hi!! i got this supplement and i LOVED it! ive always wondered what to do in downtimes and how to keep them interesting without resorting to just do another highstakes adventure. this will definitely help me and my party a lot!!
i did find some small typos and formatting errors which i fixed so my players may understand with no hiccups (as minor as the hiccups actually are).
i’d be willing to send you the fixed version if you want (for free of course, as i said it was just minor typoes and formatting errors, nothing big)! i could just tell you where the mistakes are but its easier to just send you the file so you dont have to do it!
so yeah, tell me if i should send it your way and i will ^^
I have read over the rules, and am interested to put them into practice in my upcoming session. I quite like the ideas presented here, the idea of borrowing items or getting a temporary Ally is very interesting.
